Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Fees are communicated at the time of booking or purchase and are payable in accordance with the arrangements advised to you. Where a service involves hire of equipment, our separate hire agreement applies.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be advised at the time of booking.
