VO₂ Max is the volume of oxygen your body can use per minute at maximum effort. Decades of research show it is the single most reliable predictor of cardiovascular disease risk, all-cause mortality and biological ageing.

At Longevity Lab we measure it directly, using a metabolic cart on either a treadmill or bike. You leave with your number, your ventilatory thresholds, and a training prescription designed to move them in the right direction.
